Mr. Farr’s background and experience in commercial & residential lending, and financial services goes back over 30 years. In 1976, Randall Farr began working as a commercial loan officer – today, Mr. Farr continues his involvement in commercial lending as the Managing Director of Salt Lake City, Utah based ICON Commercial Lending, Inc.

In addition to commercial lending, for over fifteen years, Mr. Farr successfully developed and served as the CEO of a direct residential lender – mortgage banking company, which provided over $500 million dollars in funding per year.

Furthermore, in 2002, Mr. Farr formed a national mortgage banking consulting company know as Medallion Consultants, Inc which today still serves the needs of hundreds of financial institutions across the nation.

Mr. Farr has personally written a multitude of business education and training manuals which give substance to the consulting programs offered by Medallion Consultants. Therefore, the programs offered by Medallion Consultants are based upon years of practical experience and proven methods which offer systematic processes to ensure results.
