ICON’s LOAN CRITERIA – QUALIFYING SECURITIES

Securities that qualify as collateral must be Publicly and Actively traded.  Acceptable securities include stocks, mutual funds, bonds and treasury notes that are not restricted in any manner, as well as most foreign securities.

Instruments that are NOT usable as collateral include -

• CD’s* / Money Market Accounts* / Annuities / 401(k)’s, IRA’s or any Restricted Retirement Funds

• SBLC’s / Bank Guarantees or Warranties / Commodities / CMO’s / Gold or Silver Mines / Precious Stones

• Bearer Bonds* / Private Notes or Private Bonds / Maturing Bonds (coming due within 3 years)
